The Tenant Services Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining positive relations between tenants and shopping center management. The role will accomplish this broad mandate through a combination of a proactive customer service approach and effective dispute resolution of tenant concerns.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Establishing strong working relationships with our retail tenants and responding to daily inquiries and requests while maintaining positive communications with all parties.
- Administering, managing, and enforcing all mall/tenant policies and regulations while maintaining detailed records and logs of tenant interactions.
- Utilizing strong conflict resolution and multi-tasking skills to handle various problems and challenges as they arise in the shopping center.
- Ensuring mall tenants are adhering to mall standards in common areas and back hallways to ensure our guests experience a clean and presentable shopping and entertainment environment.
- Responding to various tenant inquires and complaints while ensuring positive resolutions are reached.
- Other responsibilities as required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Two (2) – three (3) years-experience in retail property management or a related project management position.
- Post-secondary Diploma in business administration or project management.
- Advanced skill set in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledgeable of and possessing the ability to communicate electronically in multichannel modes including but not limited to texting, wireless e-mail, instant messaging, etc.
- Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision adhering to broad task-based goals and objectives.
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and interpersonal communication skills are required.
Terms of Employment:
- This is a full-time position that is required Monday through Friday with occasional on call work.
- This is a salaried position that will depend on experience and qualifications.
- Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
