World Waterpark Guest Services Representatives are responsible for coordinating the sales of products and services of World Waterpark, ensuring that guests have a fun and memorable experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing information on World Waterparkâs hours of operations, events, rental spaces, programming, park concessions and attractions.
- Assisting with calls for birthdays, Toddler Time information, park status, and rentals bookings.
- Processing daily admissions and rentals, Choice Passes, New Years Eve Family Beach Party and Soundwave tickets, and birthday parties.
- Cashing out and balancing sales at the end of every shift.
- Contacting customers regarding bookings, parties, emailing and faxing information and confirmation.
- Working shifts in the Guest Services and Tube Shack ticketing area.
- Lifting boxes or items up to 20kg.
- Keeping all areas clean and stocked.
- Maintaining a professional dress code at all times being the first representative of World Waterpark.
- Assisting in other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working successfully with a variety of employees, including mentoring employees new to the workforce. Previous experience in a Supervisory role in the retail industry is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills complemented by team building and motivational abilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well the ability to adapt to other software programs as required.
- Previous experience handling cash and providing quality customer service with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Terms of Employment:
- This is a full-time position that requires flexible availability Monday through Sunday, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
