Busser

The busser is responsible for assisting the server in ensuring timely and professional service to our guests.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Wiping down all tables with a clean cloth and setting and/or resetting all tables.
• Ensuring dirty dishes are taken to the dish area and sorting them as required.
• Ensuring clean dishes are placed in the proper stations.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant and assisting the server in maintaining clean tables.
• Emptying garbage and recyclables.
• Ensuring the buffet area is clean and tidy.
• Having knowledge of the menus and specials and responds to guest inquiries when asked.
• Assisting in other Food & Beverage outlets as assigned.
• Assisting the servers with table service as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work as a team.

Terms of Employment:

• This is a part-time position that requires flexibile availability Monday through Friday.
• Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
